Rental Staffing and Upgrade Policies

Flip Flops pricing includes staffing with all packages.

When rentals are added to a package staffing will need to be increased as adding table & chair set up along with handing china, glassware and silverware, increases he work load needed to execute an event.

RENTAL UPGRADES
Table, Chairs and Linen ... $8.00/ person
Table, Chairs and Plastic Table Covers ... $8.00/ person
China, Glassware & Silverware ... $6.00/ person
Full Rental (tables, chairs, linen, china, flatware and glassware) $14.00/ person

* One server will be added to your event per every 20 guests with the addition of
tables, chairs, or china and glassware.

STAFFING UPGRADES STRUCTURE
1 server to 20 Guests when tables, chairs, or china and glassware is added to your package

Additional Staffing Charges =

40 – 75 Guests at $25/ hour per server added 76+ Guests at $23/ hour per server added

BARTENDING SERVICE
1 Bartender for 5 Hours of Service ... $155
Includes 1 1/2 - 2 hours set-up prep time, 2 - 2 1/2 hours of beverage service and 30 min - 1 hour clean-up/breakdown
Liquor Liability (mandatory) ... $1.50/ person
Liquor, Beer and Wine can be arranged on request – please ask for details

TENTING
Flip Flops works with a multitude of vendors that can supply tenting for your event.

Flip Flops can arrange for your family get together, corporate summer outing or any event to have face painters, caricaturists, games, sand castle sculptures, moon walks, petting zoos and more. Be creative. Challenge us. Nothing is out of the ordinary for Flip Flops to help you with.
